  • Storage Access: Required to open, view, save, merge, split, compress, protect, and annotate PDF files stored on your device or received from other apps.

  • Camera Access: Required only for the “Scan to PDF” feature, allowing users to capture documents and convert them into PDFs.

  • In-App Purchases: Required to upgrade to Premium features such as merge, split, compress, and protect PDFs.

Important: All operations happen locally on your device. AuraPDF does not upload, share, or analyze your files.

2. Data Collected Automatically

AuraPDF does not automatically collect personal data, location, or usage statistics. Your files remain on your device, and no third-party analytics are used.

3. How We Use Your Information

The permissions requested are used strictly for functionality:

  • Opening and saving PDFs

  • Scanning documents to PDF

  • Securing PDFs with passwords

  • Upgrading to Premium features

AuraPDF does not share your files with anyone and does not access them without your explicit action.

4. Third-Party Services

AuraPDF does not use third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics services.

Any payment processing for Premium features is handled by Google Play Billing, and your payment data is processed securely by Google.

5. Children’s Privacy

AuraPDF does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us immediately to request deletion.

6. Your Choices

You have full control over your files:

  • You can grant or deny storage access at any time.

  • Camera access is optional and only used when scanning.

  • Premium purchases are optional and handled through Google Play.

You can revoke permissions through your device settings at any time.

7. Data Retention

All files remain on your device and are retained until you delete them. AuraPDF does not store any of your files on our servers.

8. Security

AuraPDF implements standard measures to protect files on your device. Password-protected PDFs remain encrypted and secure.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AuraPDF may update this Privacy Policy as new features are added. Updates will be posted on this page or within the app.
Effective date of changes will be clearly stated.
